Are you a tween or teen interested in learning how to lift weights but not sure where to start? Our 6-week program is perfect for you!

This class, spearheaded by certified personal trainer Ford Bruton, will teach you how to lift weights effectively and efficiently. You can choose to attend once or twice a week. Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM.

Thanksgiving Day EmpowerFlex Class

Work on your core before you feast and at the same time get nice and stretchy!! During this class individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength of lower back and abdominal muscles, and help improve muscular balance. This drop in class is only $20 for 45 min!
